Coconut Milk Eggnog

Coconut Milk Eggnog:

Makes 2 servings

  • 1/2 cup canned organic coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 oz aged rum (e.g. El Dorado)
  • 1 raw organic egg yolk
  • 1.5 tbsps maple syrup
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • small pinch of nutmeg
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • generous pinch of sea salt

Blend all ingredients in blender with ice cubes. Taste and adjust sweetness and spice as desired. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve!
