Summer may be on its way out (a depressing thought for this lover of warm days!) but that doesn’t mean you should stop thinking about the sun’s affect on your skin.
I’m not actually talking about sunscreen, though. You may be surprised to know that what you eat can actually help protect you from sunburn! And unfortunately, the opposite is also true: a diet filled with sugar and processed foods actually makes you more sensitive to the sun.
