Here’s what you’ll be learning:

 

CLASS ONE: “How to think like a healthy person.” We’ll review my top 6 tenets for achieving optimal health and well-being that will take you from food “frustration” to complete food freedom. (Bonus: these top tips are also great for achieving an ideal weight without going insane.)

CLASS TWO: Finally Feel Confident in Your Food Choices: Breakfast. In this class we’ll discuss how to create complete confidence (and build your own intuition) about how to feed yourself. In particular, we’re going to focus on breakfast, and how to make sure you’re starting your day with the right mix of carbs, proteins, and healthy fats. Most importantly, we’ll review quick and easy options you can make on those busiest of mornings.

CLASS THREE: Finally Feel Confident in Your Food Choices: Lunches and Dinners. Are carbs good for us? Bad for us? Andrea will demystify carbohydrates and let you know how, when, and where to use them. We’ll also go over the benefits of veggies and greens and how to work them into your daily life for glowing skin, bouncy energy, and for maintaining an ideal weight.

CLASS FOUR: Deconstructing Cravings and Healthy Snacking. Do you know why you get the cravings that you do?  We’re going to deconstruct cravings for salty and sweet foods and find out why these cravings can hit us hard — and what we can do to balance those cravings out. We’ll also supply you with ideas for healthier snacks that deeply satisfy. This is always one of our clients favorite topics!

CLASS FIVE: Why Calorie Counting Doesn’t Work (And What To Do Instead) and How To Do Your Own Healthy Detox.  Andrea is going to let you in on a little secret:  she doesn’t ever count calories, and she doesn’t want you to, either! Find out why calorie counting is outdated and what to focus on instead when it comes to healthy eating and maintaining a healthy weight. We’ll also review detoxing: should you do it? What are the benefits? How can you do a healthy cleanse on your own?

CLASS SIX: Sorting Through Supplements. 92% of Americans are deficient in at least one vitamin or mineral. Are you confused by the overwhelming options when it comes knowing which supplements to choose, and which ones you need? We’ll sort through the clutter for you. In this class, Andrea reviews her top 4 supplements that almost everyone needs to be taking. These are our tried and true favorites that we use in our private practice to help our clients feel their best.

CLASS SEVEN: Your Food and Your Mood. Learn how to feel balanced and happy by making the right food choices. Deficiencies of certain vitamins and amino acids can contribute to depression, anxiety, and difficulty with focus and concentration. Find out what you can eat to feel balanced, focused, and happy.

CLASS EIGHT: Putting It All Together: Creating Your Own Toolkit. Now that you have the tools to create thriving, radiant good health, we’ll talk about how to keep it going so find your own natural rhythm and balance (and what to do when you feel yourself veering off-track!).
