Feel-Good Monday! Nature’s Prozac

Hi there!

I am so excited to share an idea with you that I’ve had for a while now that is finally landing in your inbox: Feel-Good Mondays!!

The name basically says it all: It’s my Monday gift to you so that you can, well, FEEL GOOD. Feel better. Feel in control of your health, nutrition, and well-being.

I will be providing you with my favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to “think like a healthy person” so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.

I believe that you deserve to feel good every day. I believe this is SO possible for you, for all of us, and it’s just about getting the right tools, discovering the right relationship with food, and finding the right support to help get us there.

Why Mondays? Poor Mondays aren’t always the most beloved day of the week…We can often go into our Mondays feeling tired, lethargic, and worn out from the weekend.

“Feel-Good Mondays” are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.

To kick off our inaugural FGM issue, we are sharing one of my favorite videos on foods that make you happy, from nuts that that I call “Nature’s Prozac” to tea I refer to as “Nature’s Valium” (sounds good, right?! I’m telling you — this stuff really works!!).
