 Most of us (myself most definitely included!) grow up completely disconnected from understanding how foods affect us.

We aren’t taught the signs, clues, and messages to look for when it comes to figuring out which foods truly, deeply nourish us and which ones deplete us (zapping our energy and our life force, causing us to gain weight, age prematurely, experience unnecessary aches and pains, encounter digestive distress, and experience overall discomfort and inflammation).
