Hi and happy Feel-Good Monday!


This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to “think like a healthy person” so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.

“Feel-Good Mondays” are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.  


A couple of weeks ago, I got together with my dear friend Sofia Negron, founder of The Healthy Photographer. And we had a lot of fun in my kitchen!!

Sofia is the talent behind my lovely (giant!) photo on my website homepage, and she is also incredibly interested in making the world a healthier place. I like people like that.

After years of lugging around heavy camera equipment and trudging through long shoot days, Sofia Negron created The Healthy Photographer, an informational website, to educate photographers about their possible health risks and to provide advice in preventing and remedying the negative consequences.

And recently, Sofia came over to my house and asked if I could share some of my favorite, easy, healthy grab-and-go snacks that any busy person could grab from a typical deli, drugstore, or bodega.
