I exercised for the first time in a year!

Hi and happy Feel-Good Monday!

This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to "think like a healthy person" so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.

"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.

I finally did it – I got myself to a barre class today after, oh, I don’t know…about a year or so “off” from exercising?!

And it felt amazing. And hard as hell (oh hello, abs! so that’s where you’ve been all this time…). And it inspired me to treat myself to a healthy, veg-filled lunch afterward and I was in a glow-y, bubbly mood for the rest of the day.

I also felt focused and inspired and sharper. In short, I felt like I was really taking care of myself in a way my body truly, deeply needed. So of course I signed up for 5 weeks of unlimited classes! (ACK! What have I gotten myself into?! 🙂

I am sharing this with you because I was reminded today about how one act of self-care feeds into another. And another. And another.

It can feel so overwhelming to get back into a healthy eating routine if you feel like you’ve been off the rails for a while (or to do a barre class after a year of giving your muscles a “break”…). But taking one simple, “small,” dedicated step in supporting your body can create a huge shift in overall wellness.

We see this time and time again in our practice: Clients who start out by simply adding more veggies to their diet, or adding in some extra water, or committing to 5 minutes of meditation per day…and suddenly they find themselves making monumental shifts in their health and wellbeing from what initially felt like “baby steps.”

You don’t need to change everything at once to heal, to lose weight, and to feel incredible in your body. Let our coaching team support you to discover the intuitive steps you and your body need to create the transformational shifts in your wellbeing that you desire.

It’s all there for you – one step, one shift, and one veggie at a time.

Love,
