Hi and happy Feel-Good Monday!


This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to "think like a healthy person" so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.

"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.  


Fall has always symbolized the start of a new year for me, more so than New Year's Day.

There's always been something about the whole back-to-school vibe, the move from the lazier days of summer into the more focused days of September, and the shifts that I notice in nature (and internally) that really have me take notice and assess where I'm at — and where I want to be.

I've been thinking a lot about how we get in our own way. The world may be our oyster, but we can feel stuck in an itty bitty clam shell (with no way out!) when it comes to reaching out and claiming what I consider to be our birthright: Feeling good. Every day.

But sometimes it can feel like there are so many excuses that hold us back.


"There’s not enough time in the day."

"It’s too overwhelming."
"I've already tried and failed in the past. Why should I try again?"
"How much better could I really feel? "
"I hate kale."

But here's the thing: I can tell you (not only from working with hundreds of clients, but my own journey) that you can make shifts you never thought were possible.

And – here's the secret! – it doesn't have to feel hard.

You don't have to be sick before you decide that you want to feel amazing in your body. You don't need an excuse to up-level your health and up-level your body so that you RADIATE out into the world.

It’s possible to feel better, brighter, and stronger so that you can feel like you can truly engage with the world the way you want to.

You can get rid of aches and pains. You can skyrocket your energy levels.

You can feel comfortable and confident in your skin.

The truth is that you can feel good every day. And it can be simple.
