A recent favorite breakfast discovery of mine is this super simple seed “cereal.”
Most breakfast cereals are filled with processed flours, sugar, and fillers.
Starting your day with many of these popular cereals is like trying to go on a 500-mile road trip with a quarter tank of gas: you’re going to end up feeling empty and desperate for more fuel very quickly.
(Hint: this happens even with a lot of those so-called “healthy” cereals out there!)
This seed cereal is different: it’s packed with healthy fats and proteins, and it’s low in sugar. It also happens to be very easy to prepare and it’s incredibly delicious.
This will keep you going all morning long with energy to spare! It’s a favorite of several of the runners that I work with for keeping energy levels going all day long.
