Are you ready to make this your best year ever?
I deeply believe that we can make each year better than the last — no matter our age, no matter our health situation, no matter what.
Good health and true happiness come from a combination of many factors: A nourishing diet, deep connections with loved ones, making time for play and fun, prioritizing rest and rejuvenation, engaging in movement we enjoy, and approaching life and our experiences from a place of curiosity, learning, and love.
All of those pieces of the “health and happiness puzzle” are things we can work on each and every day of our lives, from 10 years old to 98 years old (and beyond!).
I believe we can feel good every day, and it’s not about living in a place of total health “perfection.” It’s simply a matter of connecting with our priorities and creating the right mindset for health and happiness to grow and flourish.
Sometimes, feeling good means being able to connect to joy, gratitude, and delight — even when we are in physical pain or discomfort. Other times, feeling good is about knowing we’re doing what we can to nourish and support our bodies – even when mentally and emotionally, things might feel challenging.
What will you do this year to create radiant good health and a joyful, abundant 2016?
How will you take care of your body? How will you support your mind?
I want you to know that no matter where you are in your health and wellness journey – whether you’re a health newbie or have been at this for years – it’s so possible to discover new ways to feel good. It’s so possible to discover new ways to make your body thrive, your mind expand, and your happiness soar.
