We don’t do meal plans. And neither should you.

Hello and happy
Feel-Good Monday!

This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to “think like a healthy person” so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.

“Feel-Good Mondays” are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.

One of the most popular questions we get asked by potential clients during their initial consultation is:

“So, can I expect you to create a meal plan for me?”

And my answer is always the same: NOPE.

Here’s the deal – if you’re simply seeking a meal plan, don’t waste your time (or financial resources) paying an expert nutrition coach for one. Simply do a Google search or check out the nutrition section of a bookstore and you’ll discover tons of free or inexpensive meal plans at your fingertips.

But here at Moss Wellness, we’re not interested in simply handing you a sheet listing of your allotted calories for the day or what 12 foods you should be eating every day, every week, every year for the rest of your life

We’re much more focused on actually creating an ideal lifestyle for you – and that requires coming up with a nutrition plan that’s as unique as you are.

We work with our clients to create a customized diet and lifestyle that’s fun, flexible, and gets you the results you seek. In order to do that, you have to learn how to intuitively listen to your body’s feedback, you have to learn how to shift how you eat each year (or month or week or day!) depending on your body’s current needs and desires.

Set meal plans are boring, tedious, and they usually don’t work long-term. They don’t take into account our body’s ever-changing needs, and they don’t allow for the flexibility that real life requires.

Quite frankly, having to follow a meal plan for the rest of my life sounds like a jail sentence. Freedom and flexibility with our food choices are what allows true, lasting healing and wellbeing to take place.

(Take it from me – I spent years following horrid “meal plans” before I was finally able to take off 50 pounds by completely stopping the “dieting” and learning how to truly feed my body.)

We support our clients to find their unique rhythm and to keep the good effects going long beyond our work together. If you’re ready to ditch the idea of a one-size-fits-all meal plan and discover a way of eating that’s customized for your exact needs, your preferences and your lifestyle, and that takes your individuality into account, shoot us an email.

We’ll help you nourish your body to get the results you want (weight loss, improving digestive distress, increasing overall wellbeing) through targeted expert support, a flexible approach, and lots of fun 🙂 !

Love,

P.S. Did you decide to ditch a meal plan for a “real life” plan instead? Tell me about your journey on social media.
