Yep, it's that time of year: "Reality" is back! (Well, almost…for most of us, reality starts tomorrow, after Labor Day.)

The kids are off to school. Summer vacations (and summer barbecues) are mostly behind us. 

Remember that plan you had to "eat healthier once summer is over"?
