Hi and happy Feel-Good Monday!
This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to "think like a healthy person" so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.
"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.
There's something about the transition between seasons (and back-to-school season) that always seems to bring about more sniffling, sneezing, and coughing.
I've noticed a lot of colds popping up over the past couple of weeks (including my own toddler), so I was inspired to share my top immune boosting tips with you again before we move into the cooler months.
The truth is that the best thing we can do to ward off illness in the first place is to feed ourselves in a nourishing, balancing way. We need adequate rest, plenty of time for play and fun, and lots of relaxation and “off” time.
But sometimes, we can do all of that and still feel under the weather!
So the great news is that there are plenty of things you can do after a cold hits that will help you heal that much quicker and, in many cases, stop that cold dead in its tracks.
Check out my video on natural, quick, easy solutions to turn to when you feel sick. (The “garlic trick” is a perennial client favorite!! And my #1 go-to when I feel a bit off.)
Let me know what you think, what you try, and how these remedies work for you.
Here’s to a happy, healthy fall and winter ahead!
You can feel good every day. And we are here to support you.
Love,
