Nanci Church is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who is passionate about getting to the root cause of Moss Wellness clients’ unique symptoms and imbalances and examines how the body functions as a whole interconnected system. She empowers her clients to make healthy choices that enable their body to heal in naturally sustainable ways.
Using her creativity to customize her approach, she encourages, educates and inspires her clients to find meaningful lifestyle changes to optimize wellness and achieve their goals. She takes into consideration their physical symptoms, mental, emotional, spiritual, social well-being and their health history. Looking at all of these components, she approaches wellness and disease prevention by integrating whole foods, chronic stress management, movement and self-care.
Educated through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and The School of Applied Functional Medicine, her scope of clinical training includes:

Dr. Kasia Hrecka integrates deep understanding of the interconnectedness within the human body with the latest science and coaching. She believes this is a powerful approach to personal health and wellness that brings lasting results.
Using critical thinking and the principles of functional medicine, Kasia helps her clients uncover the root cause of health and wellness struggles. Through skilled coaching she supports them in making empowered choices for their healing and lasting wellness.
Biochemistry, holistic health and coaching – Kasia received a M.S. in Biotechnology in 2003 and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry in 2008. During her 13+ years of scientific career she published multiple research reports on the interactions of the immune system with viruses in top scientific journals. In 2011 she joined the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started coaching shortly after. Kasia is also enrolled in an ongoing, multi-year functional medicine and biochemistry coaching course.
A native of Poland, Kasia lives in Cleveland, OH with her boyfriend, Jerry, and a black cat, Oliver. She supports the health and wellness of people from all over the world and is an active public speaker. She’s also a creative food photographer and an avid yoga practitioner. Her other favorite activities include dancing and sailing – all of which she wishes she did more of. Walks in nature, listening to audiobooks, deep, long conversations and sitting by the fire are more regular pleasures. And she just discovered scuba diving!
Dawn Brighid is an Integrative Nutritionist who believes that the relationship between her and her client holds the utmost importance. She addresses the root cause of an individual’s imbalance using evidence-based diet and lifestyle changes to help regain and maintain optimal health. Each person’s unique life circumstances and priorities are always taken into consideration.
Dawn understands that changing habits and creating a healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. She guides clients to remove barriers, creating new healthy habits one step at a time. With the knowledge that we aren’t “perfect” all the time, Dawn reminds clients to enjoy life and food, while finding balance and getting back on track.
Dawn holds her MS in Nutrition & Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and is a graduate of Jaya Yoga Center’s 200-hour yoga teacher training program.
When Dawn isn’t health coaching, you will find her bicycling, enjoying the beach, practicing yoga, cooking healthy meals with friends, and learning to hula hoop!
Marguerite Vinet Imbert is a natural foods chef who works in a variety of ways to refine and improve her clients’ orientation toward food and nutrition. She is a writer for The Michelin Guide, where she covers restaurant openings and global food trends. She serves as private chef to Arianna Huffington, a media and wellness pioneer whose company helps implement health practices into corporate workflow.
Marguerite is also a certified and practicing yoga instructor who regularly teaches workshops on Ayurvedic cooking and medicine. She is the creator of Mermaid Market, a former pop up restaurant in San Francisco which became a catering company to the Bay Area’s top tech startups.
In her role at Moss Wellness, Marguerite supports clients with customized kitchen rehabilitations, which include cooking lessons, cabinet overhauls, grocery shopping, energetic and structural redesign.

Christina Marino became a Health and Nutrition Coach after a lifelong journey of wanting to overcome chronic gastritis, acid reflux and anxiety. Christina wanted to live a healthy and fit lifestyle in a busy world filled with conflicting and confusing information about diet and pharmaceuticals. Desiring a more holistic approach, she chose Health Coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, followed immediately by The School of Applied Functional Medicine. She now practices Integrative Nutrition and Functional Medicine Health Coaching.
Christina is passionate about helping clients to achieve their health and wellness goals through customized eating plans where you do not feel deprived, while targeting frustrating symptoms and imbalances/barriers to these goals. She thrives on getting clients to dig in and get in touch with the root cause of their issues, while teaching them to be their own health advocate and self-healer. She is dairy-free and gluten-free, but still has lots of fun and gets creative in the kitchen! She is a “foodie” and has the most fun suggesting delicious, healthy snacks and treats.

Gabbi Pilchen is a Master Certified Health Coach who is passionate about the power of food and getting to the root cause of our clients’ health concerns. Gabbi tackles your unique symptoms by using the principles of functional medicine, and she will customize a wellness plan based on your unique needs and lifestyle (from what you eat to your mindset). She will empower, educate, encourage, and give you the tools to heal yourself and find relief.
Educated through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and The School of Applied Functional Medicine, one of Gabbi’s areas of expertise is Autoimmune Disease. With over 100 identified autoimmune diseases (and flare-ups and similar symptoms to one another), autoimmune diseases are notoriously challenging to treat. Fighting back with food and Gabbi’s holistic approach, you will enable your body to heal in a natural, sustainable way.
A native of Brazil, Gabbi lives in Orange County, California with her husband, Eric and her son, Ian. One of her favorite activities is to travel and to experience new cultures (and their food!). Gabbi also adores Pilates, skiing, cooking, and volunteering at her son’s school.
Amy Spindel, Master of Science in Social Work, is a holistic nutrition coach who believes wellness can be achieved by addressing the root causes of imbalance within the body. By carefully listening to clients through nutritional and functional medicine lenses, she seeks to determine why symptoms are occurring.
Amy gently partners with clients to recommend interventions such as dietary changes, targeted supplements, stress management, self-care, and other strategies to help them meet their goals.
Given her background in mental health, Amy is particularly passionate working with people struggling with mental health issues and in getting “unstuck” around making changes. She enjoys supporting those with digestive difficulties and malabsorption, hormonal imbalance, food allergies and intolerances, and many other presenting issues. Finally, she likes to help implement lasting dietary changes and guide those learning to cook.
Amy is a MS in Holistic Nutrition candidate from Hawthorn University and attends the School of Applied Functional Medicine. She received her MSSW from Columbia University and certificates in culinary and pastry arts from Collin County Community College. She enjoys vegetable and herb gardening, studying homeopathy, cooking, hiking, reading murder mysteries, playing the flute, and traveling the globe. She lives in Dallas, TX with her husband, son, and their blue and gold macaw.
