Coconut Milk Eggnog:
Makes 2 servings
- 1/2 cup canned organic coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 oz aged rum (e.g. El Dorado)
- 1 raw organic egg yolk
- 1.5 tbsps maple syrup
- 2 pinches cinnamon
- small pinch of nutmeg
- splash of vanilla extract
- generous pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients in blender with ice cubes. Taste and adjust sweetness and spice as desired. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve!
