"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.

If you suspect you may have a food sensitivity, there's never been a better time to experiment with your diet and lighten the digestive load on your body.

If you’re experiencing any of these issues below, it’s very possible that a certain food/s may be inflaming your system:

Acne, arthritis, eczema, allergies, headaches, irregular menstrual cycles, thyroid concerns, intense sugar cravings, low energy, headaches, pain, and excess weight.

Here are my top tips (from my Food Sensitivity Instagram series) to discover which foods may be inflaming your system:

    1) Take a 4-week break from gluten and dairy.

    2) Tried a gluten and dairy break and the results were inconclusive? Try a full elimination diet.

    3) If you’ve done an elimination diet and you still suspect certain foods are upsetting your system, consider seeking out a practitioner in your area who can source an IgG delayed onset food sensitivity test for you. We offer this test to clients in our practice, and we've seen it bring answers and immense relief after years of mysterious digestive issues, skin concerns, low energy, and chronic health conditions.

In our practice, we’ve supported hundreds of clients to discover the right foods for them to heal, glow, and thrive.
