I love to share my story, every chance I get.
Many people assume that I must've just been born wanting to eat a healthy diet. That I crawled out of the womb asking for kale and smoothies.
Wrong.
I was drawn to holistic nutrition precisely because – ultimately – it provided the solution I was seeking for many years: A way to finally reach my ideal weight (without torturous dieting!), to boost energy levels, get glowing skin, a balanced mood, and the path to a sustainable and enjoyable (and fun!) way to nourish myself every day.
Recently, I was asked to share my story and my personal health and wellness tricks and tips with Susan Miller of Strategies for Vibrant Health and Well-Being. It was sooo exciting to do my first podcast ever (!!!!) and even more exciting that I get to share more of my personal story with you.
