This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to "think like a healthy person" so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.

"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.  


You may not necessarily believe it (with our frigid April temps here in the northeast…), but I promise that it's true: Summer is coming.

Springtime is the perfect time of year to lighten up (emotionally, physically) as we move towards the warmer months. Just as we clean out our closets and tidy up our homes come spring, if we truly turn inward, we’ll find that our bodies are also craving a "clean sweep" and a chance to start fresh.

You may already have begun to intuitively feel this. For me, come April, I start craving berries (those strawberries at Whole Foods are suddenly calling my name, like, every day!!), more veggies, and less meats/rich foods.

This is the body's way of saying "let's lighten up and let go!" And I look forward to that feeling every year (just like I look forward to the last day of the season that I have to wear my puffy coat!).
