"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.
If you are carrying around extra “fluff” weight (also known as “extra bloat that just won’t go away”), experience the occasional brain fog (brain fuzzy-ness, difficulty concentrating) and less than stellar energy levels, your body may be crying out for a cleanse.
