Hi and happy Feel-Good Monday!
This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to "think like a healthy person" so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.
"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.
There’s a Rumi quote I love that gets me through the long, quiet, sometimes-isolating days of winter.
This quote reminds me that even in the stillness, there is movement, growth, and transformation brewing:
Winter is a time of hibernation. It’s a time for reflection, introspection, and quiet. Often winters (at least for me) can feel long and “too still.” I can feel impatient for change, or stagnant in making the changes (the leaps! the bounds!) that I long to make.
So while we can’t always see it or feel it, it’s comforting to know that despite what we may “see,” our roots are riotous all winter long…There are changes and desires bubbling to the surface.
As we move towards spring, what do you feel stirring within you? What are you ready to bring forth? What is coming to the surface for you that you feel ready to shift, deepen, or let go of?
Just as we get the craving to start cleaning out cluttered closets and drawers come springtime, our bodies also crave some serious spring cleaning.
Have you been feeling a desire to “shed” some stuff lately? From our weight to our mood to what we may be “holding on to” that doesn’t serve us anymore, springtime is a beautiful and appropriate time of year to let go and start fresh.
If you are craving the support, accountability, and tools to make your health and nutrition goals stick this spring, reach out to us. Let’s take those “riotous roots” and help them blossom into the transformation you’re deeply seeking. There’s never been a better time.
Love,
P.S. – How do you lighten up for spring time? Tell us about it on our Facebook page! We love to hear from you.
