"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.

 

If you’re anything like me, I’m guessing your emotions have been all over the place the past week and a half.

We’ve never experienced anything like this in our lifetime, and it’s all so overwhelming. 

As we kick off this new week (after maybe the longest week EVER), I’m hoping these words by Kitty O’Meara bring you a renewed sense of peace and hope as they did for me.

In this new forced stillness, may we find new ways to reconnect with ourselves, our loved ones, and this beautiful world. 

“And the people stayed home. And read books, and listened, and rested, and exercised, and made art, and played games, and learned new ways of being, and were still. And listened more deeply. Some meditated, some prayed, some danced. Some met their shadows. And the people began to think differently.

And the people healed. And, in the absence of people living in ignorant, dangerous, mindless, and heartless ways, the earth began to heal.

And when the danger passed, and the people joined together again, they grieved their losses, and made new choices, and dreamed new images, and created new ways to live and heal the earth fully, as they had been healed.”
