Hello, busiest week ahead! With all of the holiday celebrations and holiday travel and new year’s coming up next week, this “joyful” time of the year can feel chaotic, overwhelming, and super stressful.

Taking a peaceful, fun café break with Rye in the middle of our busy day.

Add to the hectic scheduling a dose of bloating (from overeating), headaches (too much alcohol and sugar and not enough water), and anxiety (Seasonal Affect Disorder, in-laws, traveling) and you can have a recipe for complete holiday overwhelm.

As we go into the final week of 2018, where can you find a minute (a second!) to slow down and truly nourish yourself?

How can you breathe out chaos and inhale joy?

Use our Self-Care Menu like a “take-out” menu, but for your own well-being!

Order-up a moment of relaxation (massage!) with a side of joy (giggling with your kiddo!).

Take a few minutes to fill in the blanks and think about what truly recharges, nourishes, and feeds you on a deep level. And then take some time to do those things. If you do, I promise more peace of mind and better health! It’s guaranteed.
