"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.

I used to feel cold all the time. Wintertime brought me chills from the blustery weather (and it didn’t help that my warm-blooded dad liked to keep our home a cool 65 degrees!), but summertime also had me shivering from air conditioning. It felt like I could never win.

As it turns out, my circulation was a big culprit, and acupuncture really helped out in that department. But I’ve also been prone to anemia in the past (having low iron, despite eating red meat) and figuring out the right dietary solutions really helped.

In addition to circulation issues or iron deficiency causing constant body-coldness, clients come to us with low B12, thyroid conditions, and metabolism “stuff” that can all be playing a role in temperature fluctuations.

As we move into cooler weather, I was inspired to share the Reader’s Digest article I was featured in on 12 Medical Reasons You Always Feel Cold – check it out for more tips, solutions, and advice on how to regulate your body temperature!
