We’ve been slogging through a 5+ day fever over here with my preschooler, and I worked my way through my own cold last week.

This time of year, it feels like the sniffles are EVERYWHERE, so I was inspired to share my top immune-boosting tips with you again as we move through these colder months. 

The truth is that the best thing we can do to ward off illness in the first place is to feed ourselves in a nourishing, balancing way. We need adequate rest, plenty of time for play and fun, and lots of relaxation and “off” time.

But sometimes, we can do all of that and still feel under the weather! 

The great news is that there are plenty of things you can do after a cold hits that will help you heal that much quicker and, in many cases, stop that cold dead in its tracks
