Hi and happy Feel-Good Monday!


This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to "think like a healthy person" so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.

"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.  


Pretty much any mom I know will tell you that self-care practices fly out the window in that first year (or three…) of motherhood. But finding ways to sustain and nourish yourself is key to maintaining good health and happiness (and sanity!!). I speak from personal experience. As the mother of an almost-three-year-old, I know all too well how easy it can be to focus your attention on your family at the sake of your own wellbeing.
