This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to "think like a healthy person" so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.
"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.
After what felt like radio silence for the last 2 months, I suddenly heard from several clients last week (some new, some returning) who finally felt READY to re-focus on their body, their well-being, and their self-care. After months of stay-at-home (and constant childcare, baked goods, and wine), they reached out to say that even though those stay-at-home plans haven’t changed, they didn’t want to wait another day feeling like their self-care had gone out the window.
I HEAR YOU!
Some told me their pants felt tighter. Others said that their energy levels were lower (even though they were moving way less than ever before). Other said that this felt like the perfect time to reclaim their well-being for so many reasons: They weren’t spending money on lots of the usual stuff they did before (dining out, vacations, entertainment), they had more time than ever to practice cooking meals at home, and they wanted a healthy outlet for a lot of the pent-up emotions and energy they were feeling.
If you have been feeling a growing sense of READINESS to move on to the next healthier, energized, and lighter (physically, mentally) chapter of your self-care journey, now is the time to reach out to us. Our team specializes in working with our clients remotely, all over the globe, to support you to naturally (sustainably, enjoyably) take off the extra pounds and “fluff” weight, boost energy and mood, and take control of your own health and well-being.
There truly has never been a better time to focus on YOU, your body, your health, and your self-care. When you’re ready, we’re here for you, and we’ll do this together. Let’s chat.
Love,
