Hi and happy Feel-Good Monday!


This is where we share our favorite tips, tricks, secrets, and ways to "think like a healthy person" so that you can find your own delicious path to healthy living.

"Feel-Good Mondays" are meant to help us get back into that place of feeling energized, nourished, and ready to take inspired action for the week ahead.  


Most moms I know will confess to "living on scraps" for some (if not most!) of their kids' early years. You know the deal: grabbing the leftover bread crusts, rejected veggies, and dried up mac n' cheese from your kiddo's finished plate and considering that "lunch."

As the mom of a 2-year old, I absolutely confess to those dark times of scrounging up the half-eaten cheese stick my toddler left on the floor and calling that "breakfast"…

It can feel so much easier to focus on our children's nutrition and nourishment at the sake of our own self-care and wellbeing. When that happens, we're left feeling depleted, run down, and just plain tired.
